		<description>Yeah, it&#039;s fairly labor-intensive.  Every single thing is chopped, minced, or diced.  There are always many, many spices to add, and a lot of steps to follow.  It all comes together pretty quickly, but I can&#039;t imagine actually trying to cook more than two dishes at the same time... at least not without at least an hour of prep.

In the end, it&#039;s still totally worth it.  I actually just made chicken tikka masala last night for my in-laws. :)</description>
